Ahmedabad, October 8, 2025: Interarch Building Solutions Limited (BSE: 544232 | NSE: INTERARCH), a leading player in pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), has announced a ₹70 crore investment to set up a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat. The groundbreaking ceremony for the plant will take place on October 9, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion and reaffirming its commitment to Gujarat — one of India’s most industrially vibrant states.

Spread across 12 acres, the upcoming facility will have an initial installed capacity of 40,000 MT per annum and generate over 400 direct and indirect jobs in the region. Strategically located near major ports, it will also cater to export markets, enhancing Interarch’s international presence.
Completing a Pan-India Footprint
The new Kheda plant will complete Interarch’s nationwide manufacturing network, strengthening its ability to serve key sectors across western and central India. Designed as one of the most modern and automated PEB facilities in the country, it is expected to set new benchmarks for efficiency, synchronization, and performance.

“Significant milestone for Interarch” commenting on the development, Manish Garg, CEO, Interarch Building Solutions Limited, said, “The groundbreaking of our Gujarat facility is a significant milestone for Interarch. Gujarat, with its world-class infrastructure and strong industrial clusters in semiconductors, EVs, and allied sectors, offers the perfect ecosystem for our growth. This investment reinforces our commitment to building the future in steel and contributing to India’s economic strength.”

“This new facility marks a major step in strengthening our presence in Gujarat and enhancing our ability to serve high-growth sectors,” said Vikas Kaushal, President – Sales & Marketing, Interarch. “With increased capacity and modern infrastructure, we are well-positioned to cater to both domestic and international demand, driving the company’s growth trajectory in the years ahead.”
