The platform was unveiled at FADA Vyapar Gujarat 2025, an industry forum led by Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Gujarat and co-hosted with Spinny in Ahmedabad.
Spinny Circle offers dealerships a single, structured pathway for managing exchange vehicles—covering inspection, valuation, sale, and settlement. By enabling faster price discovery and predictable liquidation timelines, the platform helps dealers improve operational efficiency, optimise working capital, and enhance transparency across the exchange journey.
Over the past two years, Spinny has facilitated more than 50,000 car transactions, building strong capabilities across supply, pricing, quality control, and customer experience. Spinny Circle extends these strengths to the dealer exchange ecosystem, bringing greater consistency and reliability to outcomes for exchanged vehicles.
Working closely with FADA, Spinny aims to encourage data-backed, customer-friendly practices among new car dealers while fostering a more organised and trusted used-car marketplace. The initiative is expected to support overall automotive retail growth by simplifying how older vehicles are priced and liquidated.
Commenting on the launch, Gurveen Bedi, Senior Vice President at Spinny, said the platform addresses a long-standing need for structure and clarity in dealer-led exchanges, helping dealers unlock faster liquidity while supporting healthier car sales cycles.
