The milestone launch was held in the presence of Kehul Shah’s parents, whose blessings symbolized the continuation of a proud family legacy in the ghee business.
The roots of this journey go back to Ramanbhai Gheewala of Koidnar, father of Kehul Shah, who—along with his brother—was widely respected and well known for his ghee business. Their name became synonymous with purity, consistency, and ethical trade, earning trust across generations long before branded dairy products became common in India.
From Ramanbhai Gheewala’s Legacy to a Global-First Innovation
Carrying forward this legacy, Kehul Shah, Managing Director, Riks Global Group, unveiled Gheeyonnaise as a modern expression of traditional Indian nutrition.

Gheeyonnaise is not positioned as just another mayonnaise alternative. Instead, it introduces a completely new category—ghee-based spreads. Made using premium A2 Gir cow ghee, the product contains no palm oil or vegetable oils, making it a wholesome and distinctive option for health-conscious consumers seeking both nutrition and taste.
As a global first mover in this segment, the brand’s focus is on innovation-led leadership rather than competing on volume with conventional mayonnaise players.
Strategic Growth Across India and Beyond
Over the next five years, Riks Global Foods plans to establish Gheeyonnaise as a pan-India brand, starting with Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh–Chhattisgarh. Distribution will span retail and modern trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
