      Eyeing the next phase of growth in India’s rapidly evolving education technology sector, Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited on Friday announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with plans to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, technology infrastructure, digital content and offline learning network.

      The announcement was made in Ahmedabad by Alka Nikhil Javeri, Whole-Time Director, Dhruv Nikhil Javeri, Managing Director & CFO, and Dhumil Nikhil Javeri, Joint Managing Director & CEO, who outlined the company’s expansion roadmap and future growth strategy ahead of the public issue.

      The IPO will open for subscription on July 31, 2026, and close on August 4, 2026, while the Anchor Investor portion will open on July 30. The issue is priced in a band of ₹151 to ₹159 per equity share and comprises a fresh issue of up to 19,89,400 equity shares and an Offer for Sale of up to 4,65,800 equity shares, aggregating to 24,55,200 equity shares.

      Speaking on the occasion, Dhruv Nikhil Javeri, Managing Director & CFO, said the IPO marks an important milestone in the company’s growth journey.

Through this IPO, we aim to strengthen our AI-powered learning ecosystem, expand our digital infrastructure and build scalable education solutions that improve learning outcomes across the country. The proceeds will enable us to invest in innovation while creating long-term value for all stakeholders.”

      The net proceeds from the issue will be utilised towards repayment of borrowings, development of AI and machine learning technologies, cloud infrastructure, content development, establishment of AI & ML laboratories at new offline centres, marketing initiatives, strategic acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

      Sharing the company’s vision, Dhumil Nikhil Javeri, Joint Managing Director & CEO, said Fusion Klassroom has built a hybrid education model that effectively blends online learning with offline engagement.

      Founded in 2016, Fusion Klassroom Edutech provides K-12 education, competitive examination preparation, professional upskilling and AI/ML learning solutions through its Klassroom Education OTT platform and a growing network of partner centres. The company also works with educational institutions, universities, enterprises and government organisations to deliver academic programmes, skill development initiatives and AI & ML laboratories.

      Fusion Klassroom today serves more than six lakh registered learners, has over two lakh paid subscribers, and offers a library of 100-plus courses comprising more than 3,300 hours of proprietary digital learning content.

      The issue is being managed by Narnolia Financial Services Limited as the Book Running Lead Manager, while Maashitla Securities Private Limited is the Registrar to the Issue. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME Platform.
