LEAP India Limited, India’s largest on-demand asset pooling provider, announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for public subscription on Friday, August 7, 2026, and close on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹151-₹159 per equity share, with a minimum bid of 94 equity shares and multiples thereafter.

To mark the announcement, the company’s senior leadership interacted with investors, analysts and the media in Ahmedabad. The delegation included ; Sunu Mathew, Managing Director & Founder; Rajesham Alle, , Chief Financial Officer, Hirshi Gandhi, Chief Growth Officer and Yashvi Shah, Assistant Vice President, IIFL Capital Services, one of the book-running lead managers for the issue.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹480 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) worth ₹2,000 crore, taking the total issue size to ₹2,480 crore. The company plans to utilise ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, strengthening its balance sheet.

Speaking during the Ahmedabad interaction, Sunu Mathew, Managing Director & Founder of LEAP India, said:

Founded in 2013, LEAP India operates a circular “share and reuse” business model, commonly known as asset pooling, enabling companies to use pallets and containers without owning them. As of March 31, 2026, the company managed 14.7 million pooled assets across more than 10,100 customer touchpoints and served over 1,000 customers spanning FMCG, food & beverages, e-commerce, quick commerce, automotive, industrials and third-party logistics.

The company leverages its proprietary MyLEAP digital platform along with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce integration to provide technology-driven supply chain solutions, helping customers improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance sustainability.

Financially, LEAP India reported total income of ₹747.36 crore in FY26, while revenue from operations stood at ₹729.53 crore. EBITDA increased to ₹378.83 crore with an EBITDA margin of 50.69%, and profit after tax rose to ₹62.34 crore during the fiscal.

JM Financial Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and UBS Securities India Private Limited are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar. The company’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.
