Bonfiglioli Transmissions Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on Thursday, October 15, 2026, with the price band fixed at ₹558 to ₹586 per equity share. The issue will close on Monday, October 19, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding period is scheduled for October 14.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 25 equity shares and in multiples of 25 shares thereafter. Each equity share has a face value of ₹10.
The IPO comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 43,239,042 equity shares by the company’s promoter selling shareholder, Bonfiglioli S.p.A. The offer does not include a fresh issue of shares, as per the details provided.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions Limited is one of India’s largest technology-led providers of mechanical and electromechanical power transmission and industrial drive solutions. The company manufactures precision-engineered gear motors, gearboxes and drive systems for a range of end-user industries.
The company operates under the globally recognised Bonfiglioli brand, which has nearly 70 years of global presence and more than 25 years of operations in India. Its corporate promoter, Bonfiglioli S.p.A., is headquartered in Italy.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
Axis Capital Limited, BNP Paribas, ICICI Securities Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
