Liqvd Digital India IPO to Open on September 23; Price Band Set at ₹51–₹54

Liqvd Digital India Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 23, 2026, with the issue closing on September 25, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹51–₹54 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each. The minimum bid lot is 4,000 shares, with bids thereafter in multiples of 2,000 shares.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹34.14 crore and an offer for sale of up to 9.02 lakh equity shares by promoter Arnab Mitra. The fresh issue proceeds will include ₹9 crore towards acquiring a 23.21% stake in AdLift Marketing Private Limited, ₹10.59 crore for setting up a full-scale video content production hub and related expenditure, and ₹6.57 crore for incremental working capital, along with funds for inorganic growth and general corporate purposes.

The company, incorporated in 2013, operates as a creative-first digital marketing agency offering content creation and production, media buying, content marketing, performance reporting, social media management, influencer marketing, online reputation management, and web and application development. Following its acquisition of AdLift, its capabilities have expanded to include SEO, performance monitoring and AI-driven content creation.

Liqvd Digital India has already acquired a 76.79% stake in AdLift, giving it access to the US market through AdLift Inc. The company and AdLift operate in India from Mumbai and Gurgaon.

On a consolidated basis, the company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹60.24 crore in FY26, while net profit before minority interest was ₹8.03 crore. Indorient Financial Services is the book-running lead manager, Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar, and the equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME Platform.
