Varmora Granito IPO to Open on September 22; Price Band Set at ₹140–₹148

Varmora Granito Limited will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, with the issue closing on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 21.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹140 to ₹148 per equity share, with each share having a face value of ₹2. Investors can bid for a minimum of 101 equity shares and in multiples of 101 thereafter. At the price band, the minimum application value will be ₹14,140 at the lower end and ₹14,948 at the upper end.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹320 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 26,217,634 equity shares by Katsura Investments. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE, with NSE designated as the stock exchange for the offer.
The issue will be conducted through the book-building process. Not more than 50% of the offer will be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while not less than 15% will be available for Non-Institutional Investors and not less than 35% for Retail Individual Investors, subject to the applicable SEBI regulations.
JM Financial Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue. The Red Herring Prospectus was filed on September 16, 2026.
