LCC Projects Ltd has fixed the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) at ₹139–146 per equity share. The public issue will open for subscription on September 9, 2026, and close on September 11, 2026. The bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 8.
Fresh Issue and OFS
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹258 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 1,15,85,000 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, the total issue size will be around ₹427 crore, while at the lower end it will be approximately ₹419 crore.
Funds to Support Equipment and Debt Payments
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised primarily for the purchase of equipment and repayment of debt, besides meeting general corporate requirements.
Focus on Irrigation and Water Infrastructure
LCC Projects is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company with more than two decades of experience.
The company has executed projects across the irrigation and water supply segments, including dams, barrages, weirs, hydraulic structures, canals, pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation works and water supply schemes, along with other EPC projects.
Listing on BSE and NSE
The equity shares of LCC Projects are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies is the registrar.
