Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd (AHFL) announced the opening of 10 new branches across various cities in Gujarat taking the state tally to 83 branches, crossing over 600 branches milestone nationwide and adding to its commitment to provide cost-effective home loans to the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker section (EWS) categories. The new locations include branches in Ambaji, Chotila, Deodar, Jamjodhpur, Palitana, Tharad, Una, and Kadi, while Vadodara will have both a branch and a regional office.
To mark the occasion, the company held an inauguration ceremony across branches that was graced by the presence of various dignitaries from the company.
With the rollout of PMAY 2.0, which continues to drive the government’s vision of ‘Housing for All,’ Gujarat’s affordable housing sector is witnessing renewed momentum. The Gujarat Housing Board’s recent announcement, of offering homes starting at just ₹9 lakh to mark 20 years of the Gujarat Urban Development Mission (GUDM), is set to open up significant home ownership opportunities in the EWS and LIG segments. Aadhar Housing Finance’s expansion across the state positions it strategically to enable more families from lower income and economically weaker sections to realize their dream of owning a home through flexible financing solutions.
Rishi Anand, Managing Director & CEO, Aadhar Housing Finance Limited said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of 10 new branches in Gujarat, a regional office and branch in Vadodara, along with other branches in Ambaji, Chotila, Deodar, Jamjodhpur, Palitana, Tharad, Una, and Kadi. This expansion reinforces our commitment to bringing affordable housing closer to underserved communities, small business owners, and others who often lack access to formal credit.”
Anand further added “At Aadhar, we believe that every individual deserves a home, and through this strategic expansion, we aim to deliver tailored, inclusive home loan solutions that address the unique financial needs of our customers across emerging cities.”
Nirav Buch, Circle Head, Gujarat, Aadhar Housing Finance Limited said, “We are expanding our presence in Gujarat with new branches to better serve local communities. Over the years, we have gained insights into the housing finance needs of the region, and these branches will help us provide accessible and tailored home loan solutions.”
