Ahmedabad: Anar Modi, Chief Heart Officer at Senores Pharmaceuticals, has been recognised with the “Architect of People-First Leadership and Organisational Excellence” award at Hurun’s Moment of Lift 2025. The honour highlights leaders who place a premium on trust, clarity, and employee well-being at a time when many organisations are rethinking what effective leadership means.

Within the organisation, Modi has brought a cultural transformation rooted in transparency and inclusive decision-making. To ease the transition for new joiners, she introduced Sparsh—a connection program designed to foster early engagement, gather feedback, and support cultural alignment—and the Buddy System, where each newcomer is paired with a colleague to help them navigate processes and settle into the work environment. Beyond structured initiatives, Modi is known for her open-door approach, encouraging employees to reach out whenever they need guidance or simply someone to talk to.

Colleagues describe her style as steady and direct, noting that her focus on open dialogue and consistent follow-through has strengthened collaboration across teams. Under her leadership, employees are encouraged to raise concerns early, share ideas freely, and engage in more meaningful conversations about how the workplace can improve.

“This recognition reflects the belief that when people thrive, organisations thrive,” said Anar Modi. “At Senores, our focus remains on building a culture where individuals feel valued, empowered, and heard.”

The Moment of Lift Summit and Awards, organised by Hurun India in partnership with Candere by Kalyan Jewellers, celebrates women leaders who are driving change across sectors. The platform honoured 97 women across nine categories, including professionals, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, artists, and innovators. The list is built around five pillars: wealth creation, value creation, philanthropy, culture, and start-ups, reflecting the wide lens through which impact is assessed.
