Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited (SPL), through its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SPI), announced the acquisition of two USFDA-approved Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDAs) from Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
According to IQVIA data, the acquired ANDAs represent an addressable market opportunity of around USD 38 million (MAT December 2024), which is projected to grow to USD 120 million (MAT June 2025) as per Symphony, a leading specialty data aggregator.
The acquisition will be funded through the proceeds raised from SPL’s recent Initial Public Offering (IPO), in line with the stated objectives in its Red Herring Prospectus.
