Reinforcing its commitment to one of India’s fastest-growing automobile markets, Škoda Auto India has significantly expanded its footprint in Gujarat by inaugurating three new customer touchpoints in Ahmedabad and Himmatnagar. The expansion, undertaken in partnership with PPS Motors Pvt. Ltd., enhances the company’s retail and after-sales network across the state while bringing its premium sales and service experience closer to customers.

The newly inaugurated facilities include a sales and service outlet with a dedicated Škoda Express Care Bay at Naroda, a new sales showroom at Maninagar in Ahmedabad, and a Compact 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) facility at Himmatnagar.

The Naroda facility, spread over 26,700 sq. ft., features display space for six vehicles, 19 service bays and a dedicated Express Care Bay designed for quick maintenance and repair services. The Maninagar showroom covers 4,800 sq. ft. and can display up to seven vehicles, while the Himmatnagar Compact 3S facility spans 10,600 sq. ft., offering display space for four cars and four service bays.

Designed in line with Škoda Auto’s global “Modern Solid” design philosophy, the new facilities aim to provide customers with a seamless and premium ownership experience. With these additions, Škoda Auto India now operates 25 customer touchpoints across 16 cities in Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Vapi, Gandhinagar, Anand, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Gandhidham, Himmatnagar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Mehsana, Morbi and Navsari.

Rajiv Sanghvi, Dealer Principal of PPS Motors Pvt. Ltd., said the new facilities mark the company’s entry into Gujarat and further strengthen its partnership with Škoda Auto India. He added that the expansion reflects a shared commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience backed by PPS Group’s more than 75 years of automotive expertise.

Speaking on the occasion, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said Gujarat remains a key growth market for the company. He noted that Ahmedabad now has five Škoda customer touchpoints, enabling the company to offer its complete product portfolio—including the Kylaq, Kushaq, Kodiaq and Slavia—along with high-quality sales and after-sales support.

Škoda Auto India has rapidly expanded its retail network from just over 120 customer touchpoints in 2021 to more than 340 touchpoints across 189 cities nationwide. The company has also announced plans to further expand its presence in Gujarat with new facilities in Palanpur, Surendranagar and Godhra, along with additional expansion in Surat in the coming months.

With Gujarat emerging as one of India’s most dynamic automotive markets, Škoda Auto India’s latest expansion underscores its long-term growth strategy of improving accessibility, strengthening customer engagement and delivering world-class sales and service experiences across the state.
