Sony India has expanded its professional display portfolio with the launch of the new BRAVIA Professional Displays BZ-P Series, introducing 16 models designed for commercial applications across corporate offices, retail, education, transportation, and public sector environments.

The new lineup includes the flagship BZ40P, enhanced BZ35P, and entry-level BZ30P series, with screen sizes ranging from 43 inches to 85 inches. The displays feature Sony’s latest Deep Black Non-Glare technology, AI-powered XR image processor, integrated System-on-Chip (SoC), and energy-efficient architecture aimed at delivering superior visual performance and operational efficiency.

According to Sunil Nayyar, Managing Director, Sony India, the professional display market in India is witnessing rapid growth due to increasing digital infrastructure across multiple sectors. He said the new BZ-P Series has been developed to offer high-quality visuals, reliability, sustainability, and simplified deployment for businesses seeking advanced display solutions.

The displays deliver brightness levels between 400 and 700 nits and are powered by Sony’s XR processing technology, which enhances colour accuracy, contrast, and image clarity. Sony’s Deep Black Non-Glare technology significantly reduces reflections while maintaining vivid picture quality, ensuring better visibility even in brightly lit environments.

Designed with commercial installations in mind, the new displays feature a thinner and lighter chassis, centre-positioned VESA mounting holes, narrow bezels for video walls, and built-in carrying handles on larger models to simplify installation and transportation.

The BZ-P Series also integrates a built-in System-on-Chip platform, eliminating the need for external media players in digital signage applications. A redesigned user interface and compatibility with leading content management systems further simplify deployment and day-to-day operations.

Selected models in the BZ40P and BZ35P ranges are equipped with IP5X dust resistance, making them suitable for demanding environments such as industrial facilities, warehouses, retail outlets, and transportation hubs.

Sony has also focused on sustainability with the new lineup. The company claims the displays consume up to 31% less power than the previous generation, supported by AI-based backlight control and an energy-efficient optical system. The products are Energy Star certified, with EPEAT certification pending, and incorporate up to 43% recycled SORPLASâ„¢ plastic in select models. An integrated ECO Dashboard enables users to monitor and optimise energy consumption.

The BRAVIA Professional Displays BZ-P Series will be available across India through Sony’s authorised professional solutions partners from July 14, 2026. Prices start at ₹1.40 lakh, with final pricing varying according to model and screen size.
