Sony Marks 10 Years of 1000X Series with Premium Audio Launches in India

Introduces luxury 1000X THE COLLEXION headphones and next-generation WF-1000XM6 earbuds

Sony India has celebrated a decade of its flagship 1000X Series by launching two premium personal audio products — the 1000X THE COLLEXION headphones and the WF-1000XM6 true wireless earbuds. The new devices combine advanced noise cancellation, AI-powered smart features and high-fidelity sound to offer an enhanced listening experience.

The 1000X THE COLLEXION features a premium design with leather finishes, metal accents and a lightweight build for all-day comfort. Powered by Sony’s HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3 and Integrated Processor V3, the headphones deliver studio-quality sound developed in collaboration with mastering engineers. The model also supports 360 Reality Audio, Hi-Res Audio, DSEE Ultimate, Adaptive Noise Cancelling, AI-enhanced voice calling and Google Gemini integration.

Sony also introduced the WF-1000XM6 earbuds, claiming they deliver the company’s best-ever noise cancellation with a 25% improvement over the previous generation. Equipped with the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3e, AI-powered voice pickup technology and enhanced microphones, the earbuds provide clearer calls and immersive sound while automatically adapting to changing surroundings.

The new earbuds feature ergonomic styling for improved comfort, IP-rated sweat and splash resistance, up to 24 hours of battery life with the charging case, fast charging, Qi wireless charging and intelligent features such as head gesture controls, Speak-to-Chat and scene-based listening.

The 1000X THE COLLEXION is priced at ₹59,990, while the WF-1000XM6 is priced at ₹29,990. Both products will be available across Sony Center stores, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital and ShopAtSC.com from August 7, 2026.
