The I CAN I WILL Foundation and Unlimited Unnati, founded by renowned business coach Shyam Taneja, have launched a transformative leadership initiative titled TYCA (Transform Yourself – Create Abundance). The launch event was held on 13 November at Unlimited Unnati.

With a mission to Build India by empowering the MSME sector to perform competitively and efficiently, the I CAN I WILL Foundation works to enhance the performance of entrepreneurs and their teams, enabling them to operate at international standards of excellence.

Explaining the vision behind TYCA, Shyam Taneja said that the initiative is a journey of self-discovery and collective growth. “By helping Indian entrepreneurs perform better, we aim to make India a power to reckon with,” he said. “TYCA is not just a forum; it’s a journey of self-discovery and collective growth. When we transform ourselves, we create abundance not just for us but for everyone around us.”

Designed as a structured process of self-improvement, TYCA focuses on developing leadership qualities through deep introspection, powerful questioning, empathetic listening, and profound thinking. The first TYCA cohort includes 12–13 dynamic leaders from diverse organizations who will embark on a year-long journey of growth and transformation.

A spokesperson from the Foundation explained that TYCA encourages participants to engage in thought-provoking discussions that challenge perceptions, heighten awareness, and inspire purposeful action. “TYCA is about nurturing leaders who think deeply, listen empathetically, and act with clarity. The program enables individuals to explore their inner potential while contributing meaningfully to their organizations and communities,” the spokesperson added.

Promoted by Unlimited Unnati (P) Ltd, which has been offering business and life coaching since 1995, the Foundation operates through three verticals—focusing on entrepreneurs, their teams, and their children.

During the COVID period, the Foundation continued its mission to Build India by conducting digital sessions for three years, completely free of charge, to share knowledge and guidance with participants across the country. Over the years, it has successfully coached thousands of individuals, helping them improve both business performance and quality of life.

Drawing on more than three decades of experience, the Foundation has identified three major challenges faced by most MSME owners that affect both their business and personal lives—the quality of questions, the quality of listening, and the depth of thinking.

“When leaders ask better questions, listen with empathy, and think deeply, they transform their businesses from within,” said Taneja, underlining the purpose of TYCA as a catalyst for growth and abundance.

“For nearly three decades, we’ve seen how transformational coaching can reshape lives and businesses,” shared a member of the Unlimited Unnati team. “TYCA takes that philosophy further—guiding individuals toward clarity, balance, and abundance.”
